How to Order

When you see a product you are interested in purchasing, you can add it to your Bag by clicking on the ADD TO BAG or BUY button. The Cart, which is visible to you on the upper right hand side, will indicate the number of items in your Cart.

 

You may continue to add items as you shop, and they will continue to be added to your Cart. You may also remove any item you no longer want by clicking the X or you can change the quantity and click on the Update Cart button.

 

Your Cart is automatically saved and can be accessed for up to 10 days (provided you use the same computer and cookies are enabled).

 

Checkout

When you are ready to checkout, just click on the CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT button in order to checkout through our site. You may also opt to checkout through GoogleCheckout or PAYPAL.

 

During checkout, you will advise us where to ship your product to. All orders shipped to a NJ address will be charged Sales Tax of 7.00%.

 

Once the shipping method is selected your order will be totaled and ready for you to finalize with a payment.

 

Order confirmations will be provide upon completion of the order and a copy sent to the email you provided.

PAYMENT METHODS
Cosmic-Perfume.com is pleased to accept the following methods of payment. Payment online is through our SECURE SERVER.

CREDIT CARDS:

VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL & GOOGLE CHECKOUT

Orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment processing and approval. Cosmic-Perfume makes every effort to counter fraudulent credit card use. Therefore, we reserve the right to request additional identification in order to finalize order processing.

 

MONEY ORDER / BY FAX

If you don't want to provide payment details online and wish to pay by Money Order or a Credit Card by FAX, you may click on that option and provide us with a callback telephone number. You will then receive a confirmation that your order has been processed as well as your Cosmic Order #.

PAY BY MONEY ORDERS should be mailed with a Delivery onfirmation within 5 days to:

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of payment accepted. We currently do not accept personal checks.

Orders whose payments have not been settled within 5 business days of the order date, will be cancelled, unless we are contacted to request an extension.

 

REVIEWING, CANCELLING, CHANGING ORDERS

Order Status

You may return at any time and check your order status by either logging in to the accoun you created or clicking on Order Status.

 

Changing or Canceling

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must do so as soon as possible, since orders are shipped as soon as they are processed. You will be unable to cancel or change an order if it has already been processed for shipment. You will need to follow instructions for Returns

 

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will need to follow the procedures for Returns.
