SHIPPING POLICY FAQS

What carriers do you ship with? Cosmic-Perfume.com ships with UPS or the United States Postal Service. Cosmic-Perfume reserves the right to determine the best method of shipping to your destination. We always use a method in which delivery can be confirmed. Orders over $150.00 will be sent with Signature Confirmation Required.

Do you ship internationally? We cureently ship to a limited number of countries directly through our website. If your country is not listed, please fell free to contact us for more information.

Do you ship to APO/FPO's? Yes, Cosmic-Perfume ships to Military Mail addresses via USPS.

Do you allow different shipping address? Yes, you may request an alternate shipping address in the US, however, we are unable to accept multiple ship-to addresses on one order. Multiple ship-to addresses need to be processed on separate orders. **Please note that on orders where the shipping address is different from billing address, our policy requires additional security measures & pocessing time. This process will delay your order. Cosmic-Perfume reserves the right to cancel any orders which insufficient verification has been provided.

How long will it take for you to ship my order? Cosmic-Perfume.com asks that you allow up to 2 business days for payment verification & order processing, before orders are shipped. However, most of our orders ship within one business day.
All orders placed after 12:00 pm EST (09:00 AM PST) on any given business day will be processed on the following business day: (ex. orders placed after 12:00 pm EST Monday --> processed Tuesday / after 12:00 pm EST Friday --> processed Monday)

What happens if the address I gave was incorrect or I refused the package? If a package was returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refused, you will payment will be refunded less a 20% processing fee. If you wish to re-ship your order, you will be first need to pay and additional shipping charge, which will be detemined at the time of the request.

What happens if I don't like / I don't want the item I purchased? If you wish to return an item due to Buyer's Remorse of any kind, you will be required to follow the Return procedures below. You will need to ship the return at your expense and with a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number. You will be refunded the less a 20% Restocking Fee. Items not in their original condition, opened or used, will also be assessed an additional 15% Restocking Fee.

30-DAY "No-Questions-Asked" RETURN POLICY
Shop with confidence at Cosmic-Perfume.com with our 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy: Following the Return guidelines below will help ensure speedy processing of your Return and Refund.
- All returns must be post-marked 30 days from date of purchase. Items post-marked after this time, will be refused and/or assessed a Restocking Fee.
- Please include a copy of your order in the box and indicate if you wish to return or exchange your item.
(In the case of an exchange, additional charges may apply, depending on the value of the new item)
- Items being returned must be in original and resellable condition, otherwise a Restocking Fee of 15% will be assessed.
- Please address your return to the address below and ship via the United States Postal Service, with a delivery confirmation:

- Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- In the case of damaged or defective merchandies you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item in order for a full return or exchange to be processed.

CREDITS/REFUNDS

Credits for Returned Merchandise will be issued within 5 days of receipt of returned merchandise and its inspection.

If the item was purchased by credit card, the credit will be issued against that card. If payment was made by Money Order, than a credit will be issued to your Cosmic-Perfume.com account for future use. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS.

All credits issued will be based on actual product price paid.

You will be notified by email once your credit has been issued.
