you are agreeing to the following:
ORDERING
- Orders that are placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (09:00 AM PST) will be processed next business day, regardless of shipping method chosen.
- The following circumstances will delay the processing of your order pending further verification:
- Orders that contain different shipping & billing addresses
- Orders that the billing address is not associated with the payment method used
- orders for delivery in the US & paid using an international credit card
- All International orders
- Cosmic-Perfume has the right to cancel any order whereby it feels the necessary verification is not or cannot be received.
SHIPPING
- Estimated Shipping transit times are based on ship date, not order date and are counted in business days (Mon - Fri not including weekends & federal holidays)
- Cosmic-Perfume is not responsible for delays associated with the Carrier.
- Cosmic-Perfume is not responsible for delays associated with incorrect address information provided by buyer at time of order
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are wholly the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipments that are refused and/or undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, will be refunded less actual shipping (and not promotional shipping rate) both ways.
30-DAY "No-Questions-Asked" RETURN POLICY
- Shop with confidence at Cosmic-Perfume.com with our 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy: Following the Return guidelines below will help ensure speedy processing of your Return and Refund.
- All returns must be post-marked 30 days from date of purchase. Items post-marked after this time, will be refused and/or assessed a Restocking Fee.
- Include a copy of your order in the box and indicate if you wish to return or exchange your item.
(In the case of an exchange, additional charges may apply, depending on the value of the new item)
- Items being returned must be unused and unopened, in their original and resellable condition, otherwise a Restocking Fee of 15% will be assessed.

- Only the actual product price paid will be refunded - Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded
- In the case of damaged or defective merchandies you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item in order for a full return or exchange to be processed.
HARD-TO-FIND / DISCONTINUED
- Any products classified as "discontinued, rare or hard-to-find" will not be accepted for return.
- For these class of products, we only guarantee the product to have never been opened or used. However due to the fact that these product(s) are no longer in production (in some cases for years), we are not qualified to represent their usability or quality.
BATH & GROOMING PRODUCTS
- Any products classified as "bath, body and/or grooming products" such as soap, deodorant, body lotion, creams, etc. will not be accepted for return due to health reasons.
