Following the Return guidelines below will help ensure speedy processing of your Return and Refund. All returns must be post-marked 30 days from date of delivery. Items post-marked after this time, will be refused and/or assessed a Restocking Fee of up to 50%. Please include a copy of your order in the box and the reason for the return, otherwise your refund may be delayed.

Items being returned must be in their original condition (ie. not opened, cellophane in tact, not used) otherwise the return may be refused or a Restocking Fee of up to 50% assessed.

Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?

All returns are at the expense of the buyer unless the reason for return is due to our error.

What should I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

We're always sorry to hear that an order arrives damaged or defective. Although we try very hard to package all items to reduce the occurrence of damage, occasionally accidents happen during shipment. 

Damaged/defective items must be reported to us by email within 3 days of receipt. If possible, please document the damage with pictures. We'll respond to your message as quickly as we can. In the meantime, please don't throw away your damaged/defective items or the packaging they came in. We may ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us (at our expense) for inspection, or we'll ask you to dispose of the items appropriately. Refunds will be forfeited If any part of an item is thrown out before the damage is reported and we have a chance to review the matter.

I don't like the item I bought / it smells funny to me, etc .... it must be defective.

Smell is very personal & subjective. Opinions on smell are based on individual preferences and may vary due to outside factors. Therefore, opinions regarding smell are subjective and will be deemed buyer's remorse and not as damages.

If you wish to return an item due to Buyer's Remorse of any kind, you are free to do so, as per our 30-Day no-questions asked return policy stated above. You will need to ship the return at your expense. All opened items / or items not in their original condition will be assessed a Restocking Fee of up to 50%.

Refund FAQ's

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of return and inspection.

You will be notified when your refund has been processed on our end, so that you can follow up with your financial institution.

Restocking fees of up to 50% will be assessed on returned merchandise that is no longer in its original condition.

If an item is returned outside the 30-day window, it will not be refunded and will await your arranging shipment back to you.

Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
